Juniper Aquitaine Rouge 2022

The rich opulence of the 2022 vintage is clearly evident in this classic Bordeaux blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot, petit verdot, and malbec. Displays bright red intense fruit on the nose with a blackberry-blackcurrant combination, and then the palate, which is soft, supple, but still with a firm, fine thread for structure. It's one of the better examples of this wine I've tasted and is thoroughly delicious for current drinking or for some extended cellaring.
