A small-batch single-vineyard wine, among the best chardonnays Hamelin Bay produces. It captures the purity and brightness of southern vineyard fruit, with additional aromas of faintly struck match, gun smoke, and nectarine and other stone fruits. The palate shows minerality with a savoury edge, keeping the wine focused and linear. Excellent fruit quality with good cellaring potential.
