Hamelin Bay cabernet malbec 2023

A very pretty wine, yet rich and concentrated. Medium-bodied, with ripe dark fruit showing a mix of plummy blackcurrant and lightly stewed rhubarb. The palate is structured with a fine thread of chalky tannins, and the oak is well managed. A slightly spicy lift on the finish completes a very tidy wine.
