Gold Turtle Tides shiraz 2024

The fruit was sourced from Margaret River, and it's resulted in a wine of suppleness, plush fruits and tremendous generosity delivered with medium weight. A combination of hand plunging and basket pressing with maturation in French and older American oak for 15 months has contributed to a wine that really excels. Spicy plummy dark chocolate mulberry with a little licorice edge on the nose. Palate is soft and supple with the generous fruit supported by very fine tannins and that older oak adding a touch of sweetness. Lovely drinking wine.
