Gold Turtle Tides prosecco NV

Not hard to see why this wine is so hugely popular. Beautiful light fruity aromas little spice pear and apple crumble. It's quite engaging. And then a palate which is lightly spritzy with some nice fruit sweetness although it finishes with a dry crisp acidity striking a terrific balance. There's a clean crisp and slightly saline character eminently appealing.
