Gold Turtle Tides cabernet sauvignon 2025

This is really such a lovely expression of cabernet sourced from Margaret River. It's a blend of largely cabernet with other Bordeaux varieties. On the nose, you're struck with an immediate hit of blackcurrant and plum, just a little liqueur cherry nuanced into it. The palate is bright and vibrant with more of that blackcurrant with a little red berry influence and some nice closing cedary oak. Such an imminently appealing and approachable cabernet for the short term.
