Fishbone Blue shiraz cabernet 2023

A Geographe and Margaret River blend that harnesses the plummy richness of the shiraz with the firmer structural integrity of the cabernet. It's smoothly integrated, with lots of primary red fruit with a little blackberry and a slightly spicy, peppery note. It spent about 12 months in French and American oak, adding a touch of sweetness to the palate richness. An ideal wine for medium-term drinking.
