Faber Vineyard, verdelho 2025

A brilliant expression of Swan Valley verdelho. It comes from what was a very good year, where the fruit came in impeccably balanced with crisp acidity and beautifully complete fruit characters. This one is laced with stone fruit, albeit restrained and highlights the fresh cut nectarine and subtle peachiness that is the variety. A little added citrus adds some tang, and the acid ensures the wine pumps through to a very long finish. And you can cellar it comfortably for up to six or seven years.
