Evans & Tate Redbrook Estate Reserve chardonnay 2023

This is so fine and pure, with a real zing to it, evident from the nose through to the palate. Minerally sea spray, slightly saline characters on the nose, with a little grapefruit and citrus nuance. Palate is supremely integrated with a fine lingering savoury line that carries to a long finish. Oak and fruit balance is superb, and it displays a degree of delicacy, but there is an immense power pack that sits within. Love that slightly chalky crunch to the finish.
