Evans & Tate Redbrook Estate chardonnay 2023

Already showing a degree of complexity with that merging of stone fruit, pear, and lime, with some slightly nutty roasted cashew-like characters on the nose. On the palate, there's a rich concentration of fruit with layered complexity coming from the wild ferment and time in French oak. It's textured and crisp, but there is a dry, savoury minerality which gives it lift and life through to a long finish. First-rate wine.
