Dream Bird Gertie riesling 2025

As with other whites in the Dream Bird portfolio, a little lees stirring has been used to build in just that subtle degree of texture while not compromising the fine linear line that is riesling. Typically, citrusy notes with a little musk and a slightly crunchy minerality. There's an intensity of flavour here, but it's held and focused through to an extended finish. It's a classy wine and will handle a little cellaring.
