Dream Bird Bees Knees tempranillo rosé 2025

This Margaret River sourced tempranillo proves yet again why this variety is one of the best for this rosé style. It was an excellent season, producing fruit of great balance and quality. This one was whole bunch pressed and wild fermented in old oak with some regular lees stirring for a couple of months. This has built in texture to the palate but at the same time it retains its bright, airy lightness but with good flavour. There's some lovely red berry notes, a touch of savouriness and a slight spicy lift. Captures all that you want in a rosé.
