Deep Woods Estate Rosé 2025

This is a wine that says just about everything you want to see, in a modern Australian rosé. Pale of palest pinks, an aroma of crushed wild strawberry, raspberry, and all other light red fruits. The palate has a neat textural feel, with a slightly savoury red fruit flavour. Yet, it is so fine and the palate just lingers. What a marvellous expression of rosé.
