Deep Woods Estate chardonnay 2024

This is a terrific entry-level chardonnay that offers so much more. Stacks of grapefruit, brioche, and subtle understated cashew characters, with a flavour profile that's brimming with stone fruit held with restraint through a minerally savoury combination. There's a slightly buttery textural feel and it's a wine that is ideal for current drinking and over the short term.
