Deep Woods Estate cabernet sauvignon merlot 2023

A beautiful example of the quality of this vintage. It's simply loaded with red fruits, but with some nice darker fruit and dark chocolate influences. The palate is soft with a scrumptious juiciness about it, supported by a firmish thread of chalky tannin, and a nice lick of oak. I could see a bit of this being consumed around a barbecue.
