Clairault sauvignon blanc semillon 2025

An extra year or two in bottle will take this wine into another zone. It punches out a tremendous wave of tropical gooseberry passionfruit and even a little limey grapefruit on the nose. The palate is still vibrant and crunchy with a slightly melony pebble-like character. Just that hint of French oak has brought another dimension and turned this into a very smart wine.
