Brown Hill Estate Perseverance cabernet merlot 2022

A very good Margaret River season produced wines of excellent concentration and power. Here, the colour is fractionally lighter but still brilliant and bright. The nose shows a lovely mix of bright red fruits, a vanillin mocha note, and just a trace of blackberry. The palate bounces with high energy, delivering a motherlode of buoyant red fruits, spices, and a subtle background of darker plummy characters. Impressive wine.
