A telling example of how good this season was. Distinctive notes of blackcurrant, red fruits, bay leaf and dark chocolate resonate on the nose. The palate, while deeply concentrated, remains medium-bodied and supremely elegant. The tannin–oak combination is smooth and seamless, with ripe fruit flavours extending effortlessly through to a sustained finish. Excellent wine.
