Appealing rose from tempranillo, a variety that suits this style so well. Light lift of strawberry and cherry with a dash of spice and dusty earth. It’s light bodied but with excellent texture complemented by a fine minerally acidity through to a dry savoury finish. Excellent food wine, here.
