West Cape Howe sauvignon blanc 2025

This comes from the Langton Vineyard just out of Mount Barker, and it captures the variety quite beautifully. It's a more restrained expression of sauvignon blanc, but on the nose, you get the classic citrus and gooseberry notes with just a faint hint of cut grass. The palate is crisp and clean with a pure vibrancy that extends to a long finish.
