The colour is a brilliant pink, slightly deeper than a lot of modern rosés but still exhibiting a burst of luminosity. But this is a rosé with a subtle difference. It’s from cabernet sauvignon and it’s been wild fermented in oak with some time on lees. So, what you’re getting is a rosé with texture and complexity, with a dry savoury finish.
