Talisman Arida Rose 2022

This comes from cabernet on the Talisman property. Immediately you know it's got a little more to it. For a start, the barrel fermented approach is evident initially on the nose and then confirmed on the textural palate. Perfumed raspberry and strawberry with a little orange peel nuance. Serious stuff, but ultimately a fun drink. Love it.
