So good to see this great style maintained at St. Aidan. Matured in French oak for up to 20 years, it displays all the luscious raisiny, toffee-like characters you expect. There’s an appealing lift of orange peel and spice, while the palate is pure pleasure, rich, unctuous, and thoroughly delicious.
