Smithbrook The Yilgarn blanc de blancs 2020

This is one of the best releases of this sparkling wine. It's made from 100% chardonnay from down at Pemberton and prior to disgorging spent 24 months on lees in bottle. Has a light creamy mousse with a lifted fresh baked bread and lemony melon character. A light citrus tang lifts the palate through to a clean long finish.
