Sittella Liqueur Verdelho

A glorious statement of Swan Valley fortified wine using verdelho, one of the staple varieties of the region. The wine is aged for many years in old oak allowing it to deepen and concentrate to eventually release a wine of remarkable complexity. Toffee, dried apricot and maple syrup with a caramel richness adding even more depth. Just wonderful.
