Singlefile Single Vineyard Frankland River cabernet sauvignon 2023

This is another of the wines Singlefile sources from Frankland, and this one speaks so much of region and variety—and, for that matter, vintage. It's medium- to full-bodied, but it has a subtlety and an understatement. Blackcurrant, dark plum, and slightly minerally ironstone nuances provide an engaging opening on the nose. The palate is smoothly integrated and presents with a suave elegance. There's plenty in here, with those loaded black fruits harnessed but about to release.
