A most impressive sparkling wine using fruit sourced from the Great Southern and Pemberton. It has a light and slightly fluffy bright mouth feel, but with a deep flavour. Nutty brioche and lemon zest on the nose with a palate that is dry and crisp. It is ideal as an aperitif wine.
