Sandalford 1840 tempranillo 2023

Fruit comes from the Perth Hills and Swan Valley. Made simply with open fermentation and wild yeasts, then matured in French oak barriques. Medium-bodied, soft and supple with bright fruit characters typical of Spain. Light cherry, Turkish delight and subtle raspberry make for delicious current drinking.
