Rosenthal Finder shiraz 2021

A soft and supple shiraz from Mount Barker in this slightly cooler season. Cooler, yes, but the wine has certainly developed some nice flavour intensity. More in the dark fruits spectrum with an earthy licorice nuance. Has a nice grainy mouth feel with supple fruits wrapping around the fine tannin and subtle oak treatment.
