This is a style that I like to see after a couple of years in bottle and this one shows just why that is important. An excellent example of the fume style that comes from France's Loire. This one had been perfectly handled with the oak infusion never intruding and sitting comfortably as a complement to the fruit. It's sauvignon blanc with a creamy texture coming from the oak. Sustained lingering finish.
