This is a new wine from Peos. It's a shiraz and cabernet blend produced by combining the best barrels of the vintage. Without doubt, the best Peos wine I have tasted. Smooth and effortless, yet at the same time powerful and deeply intense. The mix of mulberry, blackcurrant and spices is engaging. The firm fine core of chalky tannin and fine-grained oak supports the palate through to its focused finish.
