Passel Estate Shiraz 2020

Loads of bright vibrant plummy fruit dominate initially on the nose. Then look deeper to the mix of spices and dried herbs with a dark chocolate mocha-like character emerging. The palate is soft and silky smooth brimming with bright plump fruit and supported by some nice oak. Chewy and delicious.
