Mon Tout Cherry Picking grenache 2024

The fruit source for this excellent current drinking grenache is the Swan Valley, and that makes sense. It's made as a minimal intervention wine after hand picking and, in this case, was fermented with some whole bunches and then the use of carbonic maceration to lift the palate and bring those vibrant, fresh young red fruits to the fore. Eventually it went into French oak and concrete eggs, which just completes and finishes the polish in the wine. It has a nice, slightly grainy texture with the red fruits dominant and a lingering finish.
