Mandoon Block 1895 verdelho 2025

Remarkably, this vineyard was planted way back in 1895, and it continues to pump out outstanding fruit into these verdelhos. The striking feature is the balance. The fine acidity works seamlessly with the intensity of the fruit. This vintage looks especially strong for verdelho, and this wine captures it beautifully. Medium-bodied, with vibrant fruit intensity sustained by refreshing acidity through to the finish. Hard to imagine a much better verdelho than this.
