Voyager Estate Block 6 chardonnay 2025

This is quite a different expression of Margaret River chardonnay, primarily due to the use of clone 95. It has a distinctive biscuit and water-cracker character on the nose, especially. The palate is dry and savoury, with a high degree of tension giving focus and precision through to the finish. Nice chalky characters. This has had about 40% malolactic fermentation, providing balance. There is tremendous power and layered intensity. It has a nice waxy character.
