Talisman Prima riesling 2026

Here's a riesling distinctly influenced by the classic wines of Germany. It opens with the normal citrusy, lemon-scented characters on the nose. But then the palate is quite delicate, with a little residual sugar and lower alcohol contributing to its lively, keen lines. It has a nice slatey, minerally edge running through it. And the flavour is quite beautiful. It's naturally lower in alcohol, and yet there is tons of appeal with plenty of flavour intensity.
