Plantagenet Wyjup Collection malbec 2024

This comes from one of the oldest malbec plantings in the state. The colour is deep and vibrant. Fruit from a tiny block was hand-harvested and fermented in small fermenters to produce supple tannins before spending 20 months in barriques. Beautiful aromas of violet and cherry combine with rhubarb and a subtle minty character. The palate is beautifully balanced with seductive flavours that are soft and medium weighted. It is long, seamless and wonderfully smooth.
