Howard Park Jeté rosé NV

This is a dominant pinot with a little chardonnay in the blend. It's a beautiful example of this rosé style with the grapes sourced largely from Mount Barker. Aromas of light strawberry and cherry with a slight meaty nuance. Palate is textured with a creaminess that comes from the 37 months on lees, but there is a fine, precise acidity and slightly lemony edge that gives it poise. A most complete example of the rosé style.
