Grace Farm cabernet sauvignon Reserve 2020

When these cabernets can be released with a little bit of extra time in bottle, they really do start to show their stuff. This one was from the very early COVID vintage of 2020. It's a powerful wine, but it's also a most elegant and refined cabernet. Aromas of black currant, oyster shell, a little bay leaf, and dark plum. The palate is immensely powerful, yet with those super-fine, silky tannins and quite beautiful oak treatment, it is also most stylish and elegantly defined. Bright, lively, with excellent cabernet structure.
