Eric Anthony shiraz 2021

A generous shiraz showing some distinctive earthy and slightly dried herb characters on the nose. A little tarry edginess complements neatly. The palate is warm and generous, with a neat contribution from 18 months in oak and the supporting chalky, fine tannins. You need to let this one breathe, as it opens up nicely with a little air. The plush fruit characters emerge.
