L.A.S. Vino Albino PNO 2024

A distinctive style created by Nic Peterkin with this pinot noir and chardonnay blend. It's distinctiveness comes from the wild fermentation in French barriques and clay amphora and then the maturation in vessel for about 11 months with further lees stirring, creating a wine of texture and immense flavour but also structure. It delivers bright, creamy strawberry and cranberry with a little sea spray finish. This is rosé, but it's rosé with a difference. Viva la difference.
