John Kosovich Pemberton Vineyard chardonnay 2022

Kosovich planted this vineyard some time ago and it's proved to be very good for chardonnay, especially. This one is a beautiful example of the exquisite, fine and delicate fruit you get from Pemberton, but at the same time, it has an underlying power and intensity. Some careful lees stirring and then time in fine-grained oak have created the texture and richness while it retains a refined, linear feel. Supremely balanced as all Kosovich wines are, and I would say this is certainly one of the best.
