Yet another of the superb malbecs being made in WA these days. In this case it was fermented and aged in a concrete egg and subsequently bottled without fining of filtering. The approach has produced a wine of purity and integrity that is a true unhindered representation of the vineyard. Bright and bursting with plush flavours. It's a cracker.
