Ad Hoc Hen & Chicken chardonnay 2024

This is a more generously flavoured chardonnay, with a ripe melon, vanilla pod and citrussy lemon meringue-like character. Comes from Pemberton and reveals rather beautiful fruit character initially on the nose and then on the palate. A little butterscotch and lemon curd add further complexity.
