It saw a mix of old and new French and American oak, and that American oak, I think, plays an important part in the feel on the palate. It’s a mix of Perth Hills and Swan Valley fruit, and it’s loaded with some dark fruits, a little spicy dark chocolate and some slightly earthy notes.
