Domaine Naturaliste Floris Chardonnay 2023

This is a Chardonnay that relies more on the natural pristine vibrancy of the fruit rather than any noticeable winemaking contribution. The minerally and slightly saline characters of the fruit work neatly with other characters of typical grapefruit and lime. Has a slightly chalky acidity with the muted oak just enough to play a part.
