Wise Dr RW cabernet sauvignon 2023

A superb expression of Frankland River cabernet, showing just how good this region can be. The aromas are a mix of dark chocolate and blackcurrant, with a lift of subtle bay leaf and slightly ferrous red fruits. The palate has a brightness and energy which is evident immediately. The mix of red and black fruits merges seamlessly with the astute use of oak and some naturally fine tannins. This is such an effortless and refined cabernet that you can almost overlook the concentration and power within. Most likely the best Wise wine yet released.
