St Johns Brook Reserve Chardonnay 2020

Takes the single vineyard wine to another zone with greater fruit concentration and intensity. This has more winemaking evident with wild yeast barrel fermentation and regular battonage. Floral citrus grapefruit notes on the nose with richer lemon curd and crème brulee flavours building in the palate. A slightly gunflint edginess picks up the finish.
