Sandalford 1840 chenin blanc 2025

A wonderful example of Swan Valley chenin blanc. Fermented in stainless steel and left on lees prior to blending and bottling. The result is tremendous depth of fruit with a lively, sprightly palate of spicy citrus, apple and tropical fruit. Lees influence gives a slightly creamy texture that balances fine, precise acidity, carrying through to a long finish. A terrific example of this variety in a good season.
