The deep textural power of chardonnay plays such an integral role in this excellent blend white from Margaret River. It’s intense and loaded with fruit yet doesn’t have that overt tropical gooseberry character that can be altogether too much. The textural richness is heightened and deepened by time on yeast lees and then a small amount of oak maturation. Excellent wine.
